TL;DR

Global Head of Field Services (Wireless Networks): Responsible for safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction of field services delivered in over 60 countries, including site surveys, installations, on-site support, and deinstalls with an accent on professionalizing processes, contractor management, and quality/safety standards. What you will do

• Manage global field services including site surveys, installations, on-site support, and escalations.
• Create and improve field service processes, scope of work, automation, and integration into service delivery.
• Work with procurement to contract field service providers and manage contractor relationships, training, compliance, certifications, and insurances.
• Champion health & safety and quality programs, training, risk register, audits, metrics, and corrective actions.
• Lead compliance and certification initiatives like ISO 45001 to implement industry best practices.

Requirements

• Experienced in field services or safety operations.
• Familiar with quality and safety processes.
• Able to work across multiple functional teams.
• Minimum 10 years experience in business environment.
• Understanding of global IT services and enterprise customer requirements.
• Experience with technology vendors, professional services, and regulatory environments across regions.

Nice to have

• Understanding of networking technologies (IP networking, 5G, LEO satellite, enterprise WAN).
• Advanced degree (MSc or equivalent).
