TL;DR
Global Head of Field Services (Wireless Networks): Responsible for safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction of field services delivered in over 60 countries, including site surveys, installations, on-site support, and deinstalls with an accent on professionalizing processes, contractor management, and quality/safety standards. Focus on building scalable global capability, improving automation, handling escalations, and leading compliance initiatives like ISO 45001.

What you will do
- Manage global field services including site surveys, installations, on-site support, and escalations.
- Create and improve field service processes, scope of work, automation, and integration into service delivery.
- Work with procurement to contract field service providers and manage contractor relationships, training, compliance, certifications, and insurances.
- Champion health & safety and quality programs, training, risk register, audits, metrics, and corrective actions.
- Lead compliance and certification initiatives like ISO 45001 to implement industry best practices.
Requirements
- Experienced in field services or safety operations.
- Familiar with quality and safety processes.
- Able to work across multiple functional teams.
- Minimum 10 years experience in business environment.
- Understanding of global IT services and enterprise customer requirements.
- Experience with technology vendors, professional services, and regulatory environments across regions.
Nice to have
- Understanding of networking technologies (IP networking, 5G, LEO satellite, enterprise WAN).
- Advanced degree (MSc or equivalent).
