What you will do

• Define and own long-term PLM strategy aligned with global programs, evolving requirements, change, and configuration management.
• Lead evolution and optimization of PLM tools like PTC Windchill, Jira, and Jama across Engineering, Quality, and IT.
• Drive end-to-end process transformation from concept to sustaining engineering, simplifying workflows and enabling digitization.
• Partner with senior leaders in R&D, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and Supply Chain to prioritize and execute initiatives.
• Establish governance, KPIs, dashboards, and change management plans for sustainable adoption.
• Coach teams on modern PLM practices and foster continuous improvement culture.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Product Development, Systems Engineering, PLM, or Digital Transformation.
• Deep knowledge of PLM platforms (Windchill, Teamcenter, Agile), Jama, and change control processes.
• Strong systems engineering, product lifecycle, and configuration management expertise.
• Proven cross-functional leadership without direct authority, process redesign (Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN).
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with globally distributed APAC/US teams.
• Integrating PLM with MES, ERP, and verification tools.
• Familiarity with CPAP/respiratory medical device development.
