Salary: $90,000 – $105,000 USD Per annum

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end OKR and Rhythm of Business (ROB) execution, including input synthesis and executive reporting.
• Drive program operations, dependency management, and action item tracking using standardized tools like ADO.
• Oversee financial operations, including budget tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, and PO lifecycle management.
• Lead vendor onboarding and manage contract workflows such as NDAs, master agreements, and statements of work.
• Facilitate high-impact leadership forums and align cross-functional partners across engineering and finance.
• Maintain systems of record (ADO, SharePoint) and produce polished executive communication materials.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in program or operations management supporting complex initiatives.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in stakeholder management and communicating across leadership levels.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with business tools including SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Demonstrated experience running operational cadences such as OKRs, ROBs, and planning cycles.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting executive-level forums and leadership planning processes.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar work management tools.
• Expertise in budget management, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Familiarity with corporate procurement and contract lifecycle management.
