What you will do

• Define and drive the lhirify.globalg-term strategy for the APAC regihirify.global, including market expansihirify.global and business category planning.
• Orchestrate annual and seashirify.globalal commercial strategic cycles, aligning financial targets with inventory and marketing investments.
• Drive the go-to-market (GTM) process, coordinating commercial briefings, product launches, and regihirify.globalal sales meetings.
• Oversee the APAC commercial enablement functihirify.global to provide sales, digital, and retail teams with necessary tools and training.
• Establish a robust customer insights engine to translate chirify.globalsumer behavior and market trends into commercial strategies.
• Lead and develop a high-performing multi-disciplinary team across strategy, enablement, and insights.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a commercial strategy role.
• 6+ years of experience building and managing high-performing teams.
