TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Greater China): Managing and growing customer relationships across Greater China with an accent on driving EOR adoption, retention, expansion, and cross-sell through strong Mandarin proficiency and cultural understanding. Focus on high-touch engagement, strategic business reviews, and proactive revenue growth opportunities.

Location: China (Remote-First). Native Mandarin proficiency required.

What you will do

  • Manage post-sales activities including onboarding, adoption, operational support, and relationship-building for customers.
  • Drive customer retention through check-in calls, strategic business reviews, and minimizing churn while maintaining high CSat and NPS.
  • Identify and pursue expansion, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities to grow revenue.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by providing feedback to internal teams and identifying references for case studies.
  • Build expertise in hirify.global products, competitive landscape, and industry to train customers and demonstrate value.
  • Support customer projects for seamless implementation, onboarding, and offboarding.

Requirements

  • Native Mandarin proficiency in addition to English
  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or customer-facing role
  • Experience developing relationships with high-volume customers
  • Exceptional prioritization, influencing, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated problem-solver with strong ownership and interpersonal skills
  • Business-oriented mindset understanding customer and internal impacts

Nice to have

  • Project management and/or business planning experience
  • SaaS or HCM experience
  • Knowledge of EOR/global expansion industry
  • Salesforce, CSM/CRM
