Location: Hybrid/Remote in Tokyo, Japan. This position is NOT eligible for visa sponsorship.

What you will do
- Grow individual book of business within a portfolio of existing accounts.
- Proactively engage accounts to identify, qualify, and develop cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Act as the single point of contact to build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer needs to present and implement solutions that meet their requirements.
- Document all activities and forecast opportunities accurately using Salesforce.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities.
Requirements
- Native fluency in Japanese (spoken and written).
- Must be based in Tokyo, Japan; no visa sponsorship is available.
- Proven track record in achieving and maintaining sales targets.
- Extensive IT knowledge and experience as an Account Manager.
- Exceptional consultative skills, including active listening and objection handling.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
