TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (IT): Managing a portfolio of existing accounts to ensure satisfaction and drive growth through cross-selling and up-selling with an accent on relationship management and product adoption. Focus on identifying growth opportunities, analyzing customer needs, and utilizing extensive IT knowledge to maximize profit.

Location: Hybrid/Remote in Tokyo, Japan. This position is NOT eligible for visa sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Grow individual book of business within a portfolio of existing accounts.
  • Proactively engage accounts to identify, qualify, and develop cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Act as the single point of contact to build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer needs to present and implement solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Document all activities and forecast opportunities accurately using Salesforce.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities.

Requirements

  • Native fluency in Japanese (spoken and written).
  • Must be based in Tokyo, Japan; no visa sponsorship is available.
  • Proven track record in achieving and maintaining sales targets.
  • Extensive IT knowledge and experience as an Account Manager.
  • Exceptional consultative skills, including active listening and objection handling.
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
