What you will do

• Lead and build the Partner Solutions function for the most complex and ambitious B2B2C partner engagements.
• Own the end-to-end solution design process, from partner discovery and problem decomposition to implementation oversight.
• Architect comprehensive partner solutions across product scope, commercial models, operational structures, and regulatory design.
• Shape the go-to-market strategy by identifying patterns in partner problems to inform packaging and positioning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to ensure viable solution delivery.
• Co-author Solution Blueprints and drive seamless handoffs to Customer Success teams at go-live.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in fintech partnerships, strategy consulting, solutions design, or partner operations.
• Proven track record of building and leading professional teams.
• Ability to break down complex, ambiguous partner problems into structured, actionable solutions.
• Strong commercial instinct for modeling fee economics and pressure-testing deal structures.
• Cross-functional fluency across legal, compliance, product, and engineering domains.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Experience in crypto, digital assets, or embedded finance.
• Background working with regulated financial products such as banking, payments, or lending.
