What you will do

• Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for the Partner API and app marketplace.
• Scale a platform for integration partners while standing up a marketplace for customer tool discovery.
• Conduct high-quality research to inform case development and product decisions.
• Manage the complete product development lifecycle (PDLC) from ideation to successful delivery.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to drive API reliability and developer experience.
• Balance product (customer-facing) and platform (internal-facing) priorities to meet business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in a modern technology business.
• Experience leading technical products or a background in computer science.
• Track record of building new products (0 to 1) and shipping improvements to existing portfolios at scale.
• Comprehensive understanding of the PDLC and experience leading complex, cross-team initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills and deep user empathy.
• Must be based in or able to work from the New York City Office.

Nice to have

• Experience at high-growth companies, particularly in a founder or GM capacity.
• Experience building products in highly regulated domains such as fintech or healthcare.
