Product Lead, Transparency (Web3): Leading the product vision and execution for the compliance, risk, and reporting stack of a regulated digital asset platform with an accent on client onboarding (KYC/KYB), transaction risk management, and billing systems. Focus on transforming compliance tools into an internal platform for multi-product integration and scaling operations across multiple jurisdictions.

What you will do

• Define and execute the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for the Transparency platform, balancing platform investment with delivery commitments.
• Lead four specialized squads focusing on Onboarding & Monitoring, Transaction Risk Management, Billing & Revenue, and the Data Platform.
• Develop API contracts and integration models to enable other product lines (Custody, Trading, Banking, etc.) to consume Transparency services as a platform.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Legal to align priorities and ensure regulatory audit readiness.
• Drive KPIs related to onboarding speed, operational cost reduction per case, and billing accuracy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in regulated fintech, banking, or exchanges.
• Proven experience leading and growing teams of senior product managers across multiple squads.
• Deep expertise in FinCrime/Compliance products, including KYC/KYB, AML transaction monitoring, and sanctions screening.
• Experience building internal platforms or external API products, including service contracts and SLAs.
• Experience operating within multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction regulated businesses (e.g., national banks, MAS, EU regimes).
• Strong technical fluency in data models, APIs, system architecture, and event-driven workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience leading a compliance product organization at a crypto exchange, custodian, or digital asset bank.
• Background in engineering.
• Direct experience with crypto-specific compliance challenges like on-chain analytics and the Travel Rule.
• History of working directly with regulators such as the OCC, NYDFS, or MAS.
