What you will do
- Define and lead the strategic roadmap for banking engagement, covering accounts, liquidity, and savings experiences.
- Optimize key engagement metrics to improve user activation, retention, and recurring usage.
- Build a strong experimentation culture utilizing A/B testing and data-backed decision-making.
- Oversee end-to-end onboarding journeys to convert digitally native users into active banking customers.
- Manage the evolution of wallet functionality, savings products, and cashflow management capabilities.
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering ownership and innovation.
Requirements
- 7 to 10+ years of product leadership experience in high-growth fintech, neobanks, or digital financial services.
- Proven success in driving user activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Strong expertise in experimentation frameworks and A/B testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for workflow optimization and prototyping.
- Commercial knowledge of deposit retention and revenue-driving banking mechanics.
- Experience with banking, payments, or regulatory ecosystems across the United States and Europe.
