What you will do

  • Define and lead the strategic roadmap for banking engagement, covering accounts, liquidity, and savings experiences.
  • Optimize key engagement metrics to improve user activation, retention, and recurring usage.
  • Build a strong experimentation culture utilizing A/B testing and data-backed decision-making.
  • Oversee end-to-end onboarding journeys to convert digitally native users into active banking customers.
  • Manage the evolution of wallet functionality, savings products, and cashflow management capabilities.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering ownership and innovation.

Requirements

  • 7 to 10+ years of product leadership experience in high-growth fintech, neobanks, or digital financial services.
  • Proven success in driving user activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Strong expertise in experimentation frameworks and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for workflow optimization and prototyping.
  • Commercial knowledge of deposit retention and revenue-driving banking mechanics.
  • Experience with banking, payments, or regulatory ecosystems across the United States and Europe.
