What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams to optimize user flows and increase conversion rates.
• Identify and resolve friction points across the entire customer journey.
• Establish and champion high standards for user experience across the organization.
• Define key KPIs and build analytics frameworks to guide data-driven product decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to develop a customer-centric roadmap.
• Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Product Manager for a global digital product.
• Essential experience in B2C and payments.
• Background working in fast-paced scale-up or start-up environments.
• Experience shipping zero-to-one consumer-facing products, preferably in regulated environments.
• Strong data-driven mindset and proficiency with AI tools in product workflows.
• Must be based in the UK (London) or Poland.
