Salary: $126,350 - $182,700 per year (depending on tier)

What you will do

• Execute and optimize partnership strategies for title, appraisal, data, and credit providers to drive efficiency.
• Manage day-to-day vendor relationships, ensuring operational excellence and continuous performance improvement.
• Negotiate contracts and SLAs that protect company interests while fostering mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Monitor and report on partner KPIs, identifying tactical improvements and mitigating external risks.
• Translate production analytics into high-level partnership strategy and provide data-backed recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align internal stakeholders on new initiatives and product recommendations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business operations, product strategy, product management, or management consulting.
• Must reside in one of hirify.global’s states of operation (AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, KS, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NH, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI).
• Strong track record of driving business growth through rapid, iterative improvement.
• Ability to use data and numbers to tell a story and drive strategic decisions.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to think systematically about complex workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, insurance, financial services, and/or real estate.
• Previous experience working at a startup.
• MBA degree.
• Proficiency with SQL.
