Location: Fully onsite in Lisbon, Portugal. Relocation support is available.

What you will do

• Support month-end closing activities and prepare recurring and ad-hoc financial reports.
• Manage accounting records, bank transactions, and support tax compliance activities.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to align financial insights with business goals.
• Review and reconcile expense reports, bank statements, AR, and AP balances.
• Monitor cash flow and conduct cost analysis efforts.
• Contribute to the automation of financial tools and ERP systems.

Requirements

• Approximately 1 year of experience in finance, financial analysis, or accounting.
• Degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Basic understanding of financial statements, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow.
• Fluent English proficiency, both written and verbal.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial systems or ERPs such as Netsuite, Payhawk, or Ramp.
