Financial Analyst

Location: Fully onsite at the Lisbon office, Portugal. Relocation support is available. The listing also references Munich and remote location type.

What you will do

• Support month-end closing activities and recurring and ad-hoc financial reporting.
• Maintain accounting records, process bank transactions, and support tax compliance activities.
• Review and reconcile expense reports, bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable balances.
• Monitor cash flow and support cost analysis.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, and other stakeholders to connect financial insights with business goals.
• Improve and automate financial processes and tools, including ERP and expense management systems.

Requirements

• Approximately one year of experience in finance, financial analysis, accounting, or a related area.
• Degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured problem-solving approach.
• Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets and a basic understanding of P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow.
• Clear communication with financial and non-financial stakeholders and willingness to learn.
• Fluent English, written and verbal.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial systems or ERPs such as NetSuite, Payhawk, Ramp, or similar tools.
