Salary: up to $165,000 base + bonus

What you will do
- Lead the technical onboarding process for new Federal customers and formulate strategic implementation plans.
- Act as the primary voice of the customer, advocating for needs and requirements to internal product and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with Technical Support and Customer Engineering to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Develop deep hands-on technical expertise in the product and maintain knowledge of industry security trends.
- Educate customers on product features, security principles, and best practices in collaboration with the Edu team.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders from technical staff to CISOs to drive renewals and minimize churn.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Public Sector facing roles such as Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Professional Services.
- Domain knowledge in Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, AppSec, containers, or vulnerability management.
- Ability to take full ownership of a customer portfolio and act with a high level of autonomy.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the capacity to build new processes and practices.
- High emotional intelligence and strong priority management skills.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Previous early-stage startup experience.
- Hands-on technical experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), Linux, or DevSecOps.
- Deep passion for cybersecurity and emerging technology.
