Sr. Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity): Managing customer loyalty and adoption of an AI-powered identity platform with an accent on driving value-based outcomes and increasing product adoption. Location: Must be based in the US East Coast (NY, MA, DC, VA, NJ, MD, DE). Ability to visit customer sites up to 50% is required.
Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 a year

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers post-implementation to ensure adoption and value.
- Manage the subscription renewal pipeline and proactively eliminate barriers to adoption.
- Collaborate with Sales to provide a customer-focused orientation and launch process.
- Develop deep relationships with key personnel to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Coordinate between customers and cross-functional teams to solve problems and advance adoption.
- Act as the voice of the customer by collecting feedback to drive product and service improvements.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Experience in customer success or account management for Fortune 500 / Global 1000 companies.
- Previous experience in a customer success role within a SaaS organization.
- Ability to translate complex technical software environments into language meaningful to business stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of cloud, hybrid, and on-premise IT architectures.
- Must be located in the NYC Metro, Boston, DC, VA, NJ, NY, MD, DE, or MA areas.
