What you will do

• Plan, write, and publish high-quality content on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
• Manage posting schedules for both company and product-specific pages.
• Drive conversations and visibility through meaningful comments and active community engagement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Design teams to align social content with product launches and hiring campaigns.
• Track performance and engagement metrics to continuously improve the content strategy.
• Monitor social media trends and best practices to ensure creative and relevant communication.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital content writing, or online community engagement.
• Strong writing skills for crafting clear, concise, and engaging social copy.
• Proficiency with major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and their best practices.
• Experience managing multiple brand accounts or pages.
• Fluent English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.
