Social Media Specialist (Mobile Apps): Planning, writing, and publishing content for company and product social media pages with an accent on community engagement, brand awareness, and cross-functional collaboration. Location: Fully onsite at the office in Lisbon, Portugal. Relocation support is available.
Salary: €24,000–€33,000 per year.

What you will do
- Plan, write, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Manage publishing schedules for company and product-specific pages.
- Create comments and interactions that encourage conversations and improve visibility.
- Monitor and respond to follower engagement and support online communities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Design on product launches, hiring campaigns, and other initiatives.
- Track engagement metrics and use insights to improve content strategy.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital content writing, or online community engagement.
- Strong writing skills and the ability to create clear, concise, engaging social copy.
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other major social platforms.
- Experience managing multiple pages or brand accounts.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working across teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English required; Portuguese is a plus.
