SEO Specialist

Location: Fully onsite at the office in Lisbon, Portugal; relocation support is available.

Salary: €36,000–€45,000 per year, to be discussed.

What you will do

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize app and website content for search engines.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.
• Collaborate with content and product teams to create SEO-friendly content.
• Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
• Track, analyze, and report key SEO performance metrics while staying current with search algorithm updates.

Requirements

• Around 3+ years of SEO experience, preferably in a digital product or app-based business.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Experience with keyword research tools, Google Analytics, and SEO platforms.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, engineering, marketing, and product teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Lisbon, Portugal.

• Knowledge of App Store Optimization (ASO).
