What you will do
- Develop and implement long-term SEO strategies that improve organic growth, visibility, and competitiveness.
- Lead cross-functional SEO projects with client strategy, paid media, marketing, content, and engineering teams.
- Oversee international SEO and localization initiatives for global and regional audiences.
- Manage SEO budgets, resources, vendors, workflows, and scalable team processes.
- Deliver competitive analysis, technical SEO improvements, site migrations, schema markup, structured data, audits, and reporting.
- Build and use SEO tools, including AI and Alli integrations for SQL-based analysis, alerts, reporting, and audits.
Requirements
- 6+ years of SEO experience, including 3+ years of leadership experience, plus a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in SEO content strategy, technical SEO, keyword analysis, content auditing, and web page optimization.
- Strong analytical, marketing measurement, planning, project management, and strategic decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, structured data, Adobe Analytics, GA4, Google Ads, Microsoft Excel, and tagging techniques.
- Familiarity with AIO, LLM reporting, and the relationship between SEO and AEO strategies.
