What you will do

• Lead data-driven SEO strategies that improve brand visibility, audience reach, and organic performance.
• Analyze search trends, user behavior, competitive landscapes, and content opportunities.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and recommend improvements to crawlability, indexation, site health, and performance.
• Monitor algorithm updates, AI advancements, and emerging search trends to evolve SEO strategies.
• Build dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, GA4, SQL, alerts, audits, and hirify.global’s Alli-integrated SEO tools.
• Coordinate SEO programs and project execution with Paid Media, Content, Analytics, Engineering, client, and internal teams; provide training and guidance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of SEO experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in technical SEO, SEO content strategy, marketing metrics, planning, and analysis.
• Experience managing project execution and workflows for SEO initiatives.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, GA4, SEMRush, and Screaming Frog.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, structured data, content auditing, keyword analysis, and SEO brief creation.
• Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, Excel, tagging techniques, AIO, LLM reporting, and AEO strategies.
