What you will do

  • Represent the company across key industry forums, trade bodies (IAB, ANA), and regulators (FTC, CMA, EDPB) to build influence.
  • Lead strategic conversations on complex topics including privacy frameworks, consent signals, identity, and AI governance.
  • Translate ambiguous external regulatory developments into clear, actionable guidance for Product, Legal, and Revenue teams.
  • Partner with product and commercial leaders to ensure industry changes are integrated into roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
  • Maintain a strong network of regulators, platforms, and industry leaders, specifically within the New York ecosystem.
  • Proactively identify emerging trends in policy and regulation that may impact the company's technology and business model.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in digital advertising, MarTech, or media policy.
  • Deep, hands-on fluency in ad tech mechanics, including identity, addressability, and data infrastructure.
  • Significant experience engaging with trade bodies and standards organizations.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. state privacy laws and Federal Trade Commission considerations.
  • Experience in senior leadership roles such as General Counsel, Chief Privacy Officer, or policy lead.
  • Based in New York with an established network across the advertising and media ecosystem.
