What you will do

• Define and improve company operating rhythms, including annual, quarterly, and long-term planning and OKRs.
• Build a high-performance culture focused on talent density and merit-based performance management.
• Design the organizational structure for an AI-native company, optimizing leaders, functions, and skillsets.
• Drive the adoption and integration of AI across all HQ teams and day-to-day workflows.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve the company's most complex, high-impact problems that lack clear ownership.

Requirements

• Strong business foundation in consulting, investment banking, or top-tier operating company experience.
• Proven track record of building and scaling systems and processes in high-growth, ambiguous environments.
• Experience leading teams and managing managers.
• High comfort with data, including defining KPIs and building dashboards.
• Must be based in New York, NY
