React Native Engineer (AI)

Location: Fully onsite at the office in Lisbon, Portugal. Relocation support is available.

Compensation: €56,000–€70,000 annually.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications with React Native.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to implement features and improve user experience.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Integrate mobile applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and documented code.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and follow current React Native best practices.

Requirements

• Approximately 4+ years of professional mobile development experience.
• Strong proficiency in React Native and JavaScript; TypeScript is preferred.
• Experience with Redux, Context API, or another state-management solution.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, mobile UI/UX principles, and automated testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Willingness to work fully onsite in Lisbon, Portugal.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of native mobile development with Swift or Objective-C for iOS, or Kotlin or Java for Android.
