Senior Software Engineer, Mobile (React Native)

What you will do

• Own the architecture, quality, and technical direction of React Native applications.
• Set mobile engineering standards through code reviews, best practices, and mentoring.
• Run the end-to-end release process, including App Store and Play Store listings.
• Translate ambiguous product problems into intuitive, high-quality experiences with product and design.
• Ship features from architecture through deployment and iteration.
• Improve performance, reliability, observability, and developer experience while contributing to React web and backend services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping production software.
• Deep React Native expertise, including scaling production applications.
• Strong command of React and TypeScript.
• Experience setting engineering standards, reviewing code, and mentoring engineers.
• Comfort working across the full stack and designing or consuming APIs.
• Strong product judgment, clear communication, and the ability to work effectively in startup ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience with marketplace, logistics, scheduling, or consumer products.
• Mobile performance optimization and observability experience.
• Familiarity with Django, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, or AWS.
• Startup experience and ownership of products from zero to one.
