React Native Developer (Mobile)

Location: 100% remote within the United States

Salary: $120,000–$180,000 annually

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale React Native applications for iOS and Android.
• Build reusable UI components, shared mobile libraries, navigation architectures, and state management solutions.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, cloud backends, authentication systems, real-time services, and push notifications.
• Implement native platform capabilities such as camera, GPS, Bluetooth, NFC, biometrics, storage, and device sensors.
• Optimize startup time, rendering performance, memory use, battery efficiency, offline synchronization, and caching.
• Collaborate with product, UX/UI, backend, DevOps, and QA teams on architecture, testing, deployment, code reviews, and production support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years of hands-on React Native development.
• Strong React Native, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript skills, including React Hooks, functional components, and Context API.
• Experience with Redux Toolkit or other state management solutions, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and cloud backend services.
• Understanding of iOS and Android lifecycles, navigation, permissions, platform-specific behavior, and native modules.
• Experience with secure authentication, Firebase services, mobile security, local databases, performance debugging, and memory profiling.
• Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States; new H-1B visa petitions cannot be sponsored.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, financial services, retail, logistics, insurance, or other enterprise industries.
• Experience with payment platforms, BLE, NFC, QR or barcode scanning, IoT integrations, and biometric authentication.
• Experience with automated mobile testing, App Store and Google Play publishing, mobile analytics, and cloud-native microservices.
