Location: Fully onsite in Lisbon, Portugal. Relocation support is available.

Salary: €36K – €46K

What you will do

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to create wireframes and high-fidelity mockups.
• Develop and maintain design systems for iOS, Android, and web interfaces.
• Own the full design process from concept ideation and user flows to pixel-perfect visual design.
• Collaborate with Product Managers on strategy and Engineers on technical feasibility.
• Iterate designs based on A/B testing, analytics, and user feedback.
• Mentor junior designers and advocate for UX best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong knowledge of layout, typography, color theory, and usability.
• Proficiency in native mobile patterns (iOS HIG, Android Material Design) and responsive web design.
• Experience applying qualitative and quantitative feedback to design improvements.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.
