What you will do

• Lead technical discovery, demos, proofs of value, and workshops to demonstrate hirify.global's fit for financial services needs.
• Drive solution design, POCs, tenders, audits, and value stream assessments as the technical lead.
• Collaborate with sales teams on account strategies for customer acquisition and expansion in North America.
• Build relationships with technical and business stakeholders to guide digital transformation.
• Advise on DevSecOps, CI/CD, security, and cloud practices tailored to financial regulations.
• Share customer feedback and insights with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• Experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or solution design roles.
• Proficiency in end-to-end software lifecycle, DevSecOps, CI/CD workflows.
• Hands-on with hirify.global or similar platforms, mapping to financial services use cases.
• Knowledge of cloud computing, deployment, security, and operations.
• Ability to lead technical evaluations, workshops, and communicate across audiences in North American time zones.
• Strong relationship-building and customer advocacy skills.
