What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical advisor and virtual CTO for Enterprise and Strategic customers post-sale.
• Onboard new datasources and implement custom integrations into customer business application architectures.
• Develop tools, templates, and documentation to streamline the integration of hirify.global for various application stacks.
• Align technical roadmaps with Customer Success to ensure priorities are fully executed.
• Troubleshoot and remediate complex technical issues through log analysis, code analysis, and transaction tracing.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to drive product improvements based on customer feedback.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science with 3+ years of technical consulting experience, or a Master's with 1+ year.
• Software development proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, Java, or Go.
• Experience with API and custom data integrations in Hybrid or SaaS environments.
• Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform: GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Deep understanding of cloud and on-premise networking and security/audit frameworks.

Nice to have

• Pre or post-sales Solution Architect experience in a product-led company.
