Customer Solution Architect (Cloud & AI): Driving technical engagement and expansion of hirify.global ecosystems through data architecture and AI strategy with an accent on maximizing platform utilization and ARR growth. Focus on designing future-state architectures, leading technical discovery, and influencing customer AI/ML roadmaps.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Texas, USA)

Salary: $159,300 - $238,900 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Act as a strategic technical leader and trusted advisor for customer organizations from technical leads to executive sponsors.
  • Drive adoption of hirify.global’s technical differentiators and identify new AI/ML use cases through workshops and briefings.
  • Lead technical discovery, solution design, and scoping to increase annual recurring revenue (ARR).
  • Create and maintain "Technical Vision for Success" maps for current and future state architectures.
  • Collaborate with account executives, consulting services, and product SMEs to ensure customer success and solution alignment.

Requirements

  • Experience promoting analytic solutions for large enterprises in either a pre-sales or delivery role.
  • Proficiency with Cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Deep understanding of emerging AI/ML trends and the competitive data landscape.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders up to the CIO level.
