What you will do

• Prepare supplies and PPE, access daily schedule via mobile tech, and travel to patient homes.
• Build rapport with diverse patients, collect health info, and perform services like phlebotomy, diabetic screenings, retina exams, and ECGs.
• Ensure patient comfort, properly label and manage specimens for lab drop-off or shipment.
• Coordinate care using HIPAA-secure apps and digital tools.

Requirements

• Previous experience in venipuncture/phlebotomy
• State licensure or national certification, BLS certification, valid driver's license, current vehicle insurance
• Proof of vaccinations: COVID + booster, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, TB (past year), Influenza, TDaP (past 10 years)
• Pass national background check, DMV check, clinical license verification
• Technologically savvy with mobile devices; strong communication skills; ability to work independently.
• Physically able to navigate homes, climb stairs, carry 20 lbs; reliable transportation required.
