What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for Engineering, Product, and Design roles to build the foundational London team.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for critical technical positions.
• Partner with Engineering and Product leaders on org design, hiring plans, and team composition.
• Support London Engineering hub build-out for cohesive, high-performing teams.
• Implement performance management, goal-setting, feedback, and calibration systems.
• Contribute to compensation, levelling, and progression frameworks for technical roles.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years in talent acquisition or People roles, focused on Engineering, Product, and Design hiring
• Proven track record hiring high-quality technical talent in fast-paced environments
• Strong understanding of technical roles and assessment methods
• Experience partnering with senior technical leaders on hiring strategy and org design
• Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking
• Track record building scalable hiring or People systems; highly organized
