What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruitment for Engineering, Product, and Design roles to build the foundational London team.
- Build proactive talent pipelines for critical technical positions.
- Partner with Engineering and Product leaders on org design, hiring plans, and team composition.
- Support London Engineering hub build-out for cohesive, high-performing teams.
- Implement performance management, goal-setting, feedback, and calibration systems.
- Contribute to compensation, levelling, and progression frameworks for technical roles.
Requirements
- 4β7+ years in talent acquisition or People roles, focused on Engineering, Product, and Design hiring
- Proven track record hiring high-quality technical talent in fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of technical roles and assessment methods
- Experience partnering with senior technical leaders on hiring strategy and org design
- Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking
- Track record building scalable hiring or People systems; highly organized
