What you will do

• Conduct home visits to perform blood draws, vitals checks, and other diagnostic services.
• Perform clinical tasks including ECGs, diabetic retina imaging, and digital stethoscope recording.
• Manage sample collection, ensure proper labeling, and coordinate drop-offs to labs or shipment facilities.
• Utilize mobile devices for charting and HIPAA-secure messaging apps for care coordination.
• Build warm, professional connections with a diverse range of patients.

Requirements

• Must be based in Santa Clarita, CA.
• State required licensure and/or proof of training or national certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid Driver’s License and current vehicle insurance for travel to patient homes.
• Ability to pass national background check, DMV check, and clinical license search.
• Proof of vaccination or immunity (COVID + booster, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, TB test, Influenza, TDaP).

Nice to have

• Previous experience in venipuncture.
