What you will do

• Conduct deep technical discovery for strategic accounts to assess platform readiness and identify AI adoption opportunities.
• Lead architecture and delivery design for complex enterprise environments, including regulated and constrained deployments.
• Design and build proofs, prototypes, and reusable accelerators for CI/CD, security, and AI workflows.
• Architect self-managed deployments covering network boundaries, AI Gateways, and governance controls.
• Develop reusable technical assets such as runbooks, templates, and reference architectures.
• Contribute code and design changes upstream to hirify.global's core products to address field-identified blockers.

Requirements

• Professional experience in software engineering, platform architecture, or forward deployed engineering.
• Strong fundamentals in production systems, preferably with experience in Ruby on Rails and/or Go.
• Expertise in system design, CI/CD pipelines, YAML, and hirify.global APIs.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Helm.
• Working knowledge of LLMs, agentic patterns, and AI system orchestration in production.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for strategic customer engagements and workshops.
