Location: England, United Kingdom; hybrid work from the Paris office 2–3 days per week is also specified

Building an AI connectivity platform for managing APIs, AI agents, and the infrastructure connecting them.
What you will do
- Lead technical discussions and presentations with enterprise customers and partners.
- Design and deliver proof-of-concept projects and custom demonstrations for system integration, CI/CD, and API management.
- Advise customers on AIOps, FinOps, SRE observability, automation, and API lifecycle management.
- Troubleshoot complex issues using Linux, Docker, Git, and related infrastructure technologies.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams and provide market feedback.
- Mentor junior solutions engineers, manage multiple projects, and communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical architecture, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Experience with AIOps or Kafka, AI orchestration tools, agentic AI, and AI agents.
- Strong knowledge of API design, API management, software development, authentication mechanisms, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Proficiency with Linux, Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, SRE observability tools, SDLC practices, and infrastructure automation.
- Strong project management, presentation, technical communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
