What you will do

• Lead technical discussions and presentations with enterprise clients to align architectural requirements with business needs.
• Develop and implement proof-of-concept projects and custom demos for system integration and CI/CD environments.
• Provide expert guidance on SRE Observability strategies to optimize API infrastructure.
• Utilize Linux, Docker, and Git to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide advanced support.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to contribute to product development based on market feedback.
• Mentor junior solutions engineers and contribute to the internal technical knowledge base.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical architecture, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Solid experience in AIOps and/or Kafka.
• Expertise in API Design, API Management, and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, OIDC, JWT).
• Proficiency with Linux, Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of SRE Observability tools and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Must be based in England (Remote) or France (Hybrid, 2-3 days/week in Paris office).
