What you will do

• Lead architecture and technical strategy for large-scale Azure programs and portfolios.
• Define modernization blueprints, reference architectures, and standards for applications, platforms, and data.
• Drive enterprise-wide AI/ML adoption strategies, including agentic workflows and LLM operations.
• Mentor senior architects and engineers to foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
• Partner with sales and account leaders to identify growth opportunities and shape technical solutions for clients.
• Provide architectural oversight and governance to ensure alignment across multiple teams and workstreams.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in application development, cloud engineering, DevOps, or data and analytics.
• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture and leading engineering teams at program scale.
• 10+ years of experience setting vision and leading enterprise-wide AI/ML adoption strategies.
• Deep expertise in AI frameworks (Semantic Kernel, LangChain), vector databases, and LLM operations.
• Must be authorized to work in the US as the company cannot sponsor work visas.
• Proven success in consulting or professional services with strong executive-level communication skills.

Nice to have

• Relevant Azure or Databricks certifications in AI, Data, or Architecture.
• Experience with modern AI-augmented development tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
• Strong background in data integration, governance, and analytics visualization.
