What you will do
- Own and drive the business development strategy for robotics products and solutions to align with company growth.
- Identify and close new business opportunities with key customers, partners, and ecosystem players including OEMs and distributors.
- Manage executive-level relationships, serving as a trusted commercial and strategic partner.
- Lead end-to-end deal cycles, from opportunity qualification and value proposition to commercial negotiations and closure.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate customer needs into solution roadmaps.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and partnership frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 8–12+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in robotics, automation, or industrial technology.
- Deep understanding of robotics systems and industrial applications.
- Proven track record of driving complex, high-value deals and managing long sales cycles.
- Experience working with cross-functional global teams and senior stakeholders.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Shanghai (JingAn).
