Focus on building sales pipeline, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with R&D and application engineering for customer trials and new product development.
Location: Shanghai/Suzhou, China β Remote. Willing to travel ~50% of working time.

What you will do
- Develop and implement business strategy for automotive textiles and No sew technology segment targeting Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs in China.
- Build and manage sales pipeline and forecasts with high accuracy for revenue growth of at least $3M in 3 years.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and disruptive technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Application Engineering for customer trials and troubleshooting.
- Partner with Product Management for targeted collateral and segment messaging.
- Work with Global R&D to champion new product development projects aligned with market needs.
Requirements
- Fluent English and strong communication skills.
- Bachelorβs degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Textile Engineering, or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).
- 3+ years in Chemical, Textile, business development, or key account management in automotive textile and fabric industry.
- Proven track record selling specialty chemicals, adhesives, or advanced materials to automotive Tier 1 interiors suppliers or Garment OEMs.
- Deep understanding of automotive interior materials and assembly processes.
- Willing to travel ~50% of working time and ability to work independently and as a team player.
