What you will do

• Own delivery outcomes for 1-2 teams (6-15 engineers), tracking progress and surfacing risks early
• Manage people and career development through 1-on-1s, performance reviews, and daily leadership
• Maintain engineering standards across backend, frontend, mobile, and QA teams for quality and architecture
• Stay hands-on (~30%) with code contributions, pull request reviews, and technical credibility
• Collaborate with Team Leads and Product Managers to define work, remove blockers, and ensure execution
• Support system reliability by investigating incidents, root causes, and platform improvements

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills for technical and cross-functional discussions
• Strong software development background with backend expertise (ideally Java) and distributed systems knowledge
• Emerging leadership experience as Tech Lead or Team Lead, helping others deliver and grow
• Interest in people management with early experience or readiness
• Strong delivery instincts to track progress, identify risks, and lead without micromanagement
• Sound product sense for requirements gaps, risks, and engineering implications
