What you will do

• Strengthen customer relationships to boost satisfaction, trust, and retention
• Expand share of wallet and achieve year-over-year growth via commercial strategies
• Lead contracts, pricing, and overdue management to improve profitability
• Provide customer demand insights for portfolio and planning decisions
• Maintain CRM pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts for business planning
• Partner with Business Development on new opportunities and reduce churn risks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of account management experience, ideally in Personal and Home Care industries
• Proven success collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple customer touchpoints
• Strong sales-driven mindset with track record of achieving and exceeding targets
