What you will do

• Build long-term, value-based relationships with beauty and personal care accounts to increase penetration and margins.
• Prospect for new business through active sales calls to grow the assigned territory.
• Provide technical support and consultancy services to increase value for the customer.
• Manage the sales pipeline, establish pricing, and coordinate customer quotations.
• Coordinate with Local Sales, Purchasing, and Operations to ensure proper inventory levels.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in the Beauty & Personal Care (raw chemicals) industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Science or Chemistry (preferred).
• Proven competitive drive and ability to cultivate an extensive network of contacts.
• Strong understanding of the business relationship between manufacturers, distributors, and end-users of chemicals.
• Ability to travel within the assigned Florida territory.
• Conversational Spanish skills (desirable).
