What you will do

  • Deliver revenue growth through renewals, upsell, cross-sell, and new business development.
  • Manage end-to-end renewal processes, including negotiation and risk mitigation.
  • Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans aligned to customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Act as the primary commercial contact for customers, owning overall account relationships.
  • Identify new opportunities by understanding customer challenges and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B or corporate sales environments.
  • Proven track record of managing accounts and driving growth.
  • Strong negotiation, account planning, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Must be based in the UK.

Nice to have

  • Experience with structured sales methodologies such as Challenger or MEDDIC.
