What you will do
- Deliver revenue growth through renewals, upsell, cross-sell, and new business development.
- Manage end-to-end renewal processes, including negotiation and risk mitigation.
- Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans aligned to customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Act as the primary commercial contact for customers, owning overall account relationships.
- Identify new opportunities by understanding customer challenges and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B or corporate sales environments.
- Proven track record of managing accounts and driving growth.
- Strong negotiation, account planning, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Must be based in the UK.

- Experience with structured sales methodologies such as Challenger or MEDDIC.
