What you will do

  • Serve as strategic partner to senior sales leaders, providing actionable analytics to drive sales productivity, growth, and retention across GBS regions.
  • Develop and enhance scalable sales analytics, data infrastructure, and user-friendly reporting for business decisions.
  • Manage month- and quarter-end sales processes, ensuring accuracy of transactions and reporting core metrics.
  • Conduct ad-hoc deep-dive analyses, build analytical models, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Support adoption of sales tools, foster cross-functional partnerships, and share best practices globally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or advanced degree a plus.
  • 3-5 years in data analytics, visualization, business intelligence, or analytical consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Salesforce, Excel, Power Apps Suite, Power BI, PPT.
  • Experience analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and presenting to executives.
  • Strong communication skills for large groups; ability to prioritize in fast-paced environment.
  • Business acumen to solve complex problems and manage ambiguity.
