What you will do
- Define, own, and evolve GTM performance metrics and reporting infrastructure for visibility into bookings, pipeline, conversions, and forecasts.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to translate analytics into actionable insights guiding strategy and efficiency.
- Deliver leadership-ready analyses and dashboards influencing decision-making and measuring GTM goals.
- Build and maintain scalable SQL and dbt models in Snowflake powering self-service analytics.
- Establish unified reporting standards as a single source of truth across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
- Mentor peers through code reviews, data storytelling, and best-practice sharing.
Requirements
- 5–7 years in Sales Analytics, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or GTM Data Analytics in SaaS.
- Business acumen connecting data to growth strategy and revenue impact.
- Exceptional communication to simplify analytics and influence senior leaders.
- Expertise in SQL, dbt, Snowflake, Tableau (or equivalent), and Git.
- Experience with Salesforce data structures (Leads, Opportunities, Accounts).
- Demonstrated success building scalable automated analytics models.
Nice to have
- Experience with Snowflake Cortex AI or LLM-based tooling.
- Building internal data products.
- Supporting healthcare SaaS business models.
