TL;DR

HR Data Analyst (SaaS): Building and maintaining workforce dashboards and reports to support HR and leadership decision-making with an accent on data accuracy, governance, and trend identification. Focus on optimizing HR data collection, developing predictive turnover models, and delivering actionable insights from core HR metrics.

Location: Hybrid in Andover, Massachusetts

Salary: $70,000–$90,000

What you will do

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for headcount, turnover, and recruiting to support leadership decision-making.
  • Identify employee retention and engagement trends to deliver actionable insights.
  • Standardize HR data collection processes to improve overall data quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with recruiting and People Ops to ensure data integrity across systems and reporting tools.
  • Support the development of predictive models for turnover risk and hiring success.
  • Document metric definitions and reporting standards to ensure consistency across dashboards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in HR analytics or a similar data analysis role.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive workforce data with high confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Andover, MA (office presence required on Wednesdays and Thursdays).

Nice to have

  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as BambooHR or Workday.
  • Exposure to predictive or trend-based analysis for hiring outcomes and turnover risk.
  • Prior experience supporting a global or multi-regional workforce.
  • Familiarity with data governance practices and documentation standards.
