What you will do

• Lead design and development of scalable BI solutions aligned with business needs.
• Develop and optimize data models, flows, and processes for reporting and analytics.
• Integrate AI-driven features like semantic layers, predictive analytics, and automated insights into BI architectures.
• Optimize performance of BI tools including Tableau, Power BI, and Snowflake.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and dashboards.
• Work with data engineers to integrate data sources and resolve platform issues.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or equivalent; Master's or certifications a plus.
• 5+ years in BI, data engineering, or analytics; 3+ years hands-on with Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake.
• Expertise in BI tools, strong SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL), big data technologies.
• In-depth data modeling, ETL, data warehousing; statistical analysis proficiency.
• Leadership in projects, cross-functional collaboration, troubleshooting, and optimization.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, finance, or tech with large-scale data infrastructure.
• Certifications in Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, Tableau, or Power BI.
