Location: Greater Chicago area (field sales role)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute sales strategy to generate pipeline, exceed revenue targets, and acquire new enterprise customers
  • Position hirify.global’s solution by understanding customer needs and business objectives for C-level and technical audiences
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and accelerate time-to-value
  • Lead full sales cycles from qualification to ROI justification and deal closure
  • Collaborate with channel partners to expand market reach
  • Handle contract negotiations and maintain accurate forecasting in SFDC

Requirements

  • Proven track record of closing enterprise deals with consistent quota achievement and strong W2 history
  • Ability to sell to C-level executives and technical stakeholders in Cloud/Security/DevOps
  • Experience with qualification methodologies like MEDDPICC and disciplined sales processes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and data-driven forecasting skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced startup
  • Strong understanding of cloud security concepts, technologies, and trends (preferred)
