What you will do

• Establish business partnerships with leaders across the organization
• Prepare presentations for senior management
• Improve budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
• Perform deep monthly and quarterly budget/forecast analysis and scorecards
• Deliver accurate month-end variance and management reporting
• Provide financial guidance and develop new analyses for decision-making

Requirements

• 3-5 years progressive financial analysis experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
• Expert Excel knowledge and financial modeling experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record in business partnering or corporate FP&A
• Strong communication skills for all management levels
• Ability to thrive in deadline-driven, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

Nice to have

• Experience with Pigment planning tool
• Knowledge of customer support organizations
