Salary: $105,600 - $125,600 CAD

What you will do
- Identify and evaluate potential M&A targets and strategic partnerships for financial viability and strategic fit.
- Develop complex financial models and valuations to inform transaction decision-making and due diligence.
- Maintain and develop relationships with investment banks and M&A advisory firms to facilitate deal flow.
- Prepare and manage corporate reporting and materials for the Investment Committee.
- Participate in deal execution teams and interface with cross-functional departments to successfully execute transactions.
- Support the onboarding and integration of acquired entities across Legal, HR, Finance, and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, or private equity.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution.
- Knowledge of M&A processes, deal structuring, and corporate strategic partnerships.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for executive-level interaction.
- Proof of eligibility to work in Canada and ability to pass a background check required
