What you will do

• Prepare hirify.global’s monthly/quarterly consolidations including intra-company transactions, eliminations, and related organizations.
• Develop schedules and analyses for balance sheet accounts like receivables, payables, deferred revenue, inventory.
• Support revenue from government sources reporting and note disclosures for quarterly statutory filings and annual statements.
• Account for employee benefits such as pensions and sick leave.
• Prepare working papers for external auditors and improve period-end close processes.
• Assist in developing accounting policies, procedures, and interpretations aligned with PSAS.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline and completion of CPA (CA, CGA, or CMA).
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in accounting, auditing, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Very strong Excel skills and knowledge of financial systems like Workday or PeopleSoft preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team under pressure to meet deadlines.
• PSAS knowledge an asset; university policies preferred.
