Account Executive - Acquisition (Cloud Sales): Building new client relationships within enterprise businesses in Eastern Europe (Romania, Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia) with an accent on prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and closing deals. Focus on developing sales strategies, achieving quotas, managing complex sales processes, and acting as a trusted advisor on IT roadmaps.

Location: Must be based anywhere in Poland and required to travel up to 50% of the time to countries within coverage (Romania, Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia).

What you will do

  • Achieve sales quotas for prospective accounts by developing sales strategies, target prospect lists, and regional sales plans.
  • Develop marketing plans with the marketing team to drive revenue growth.
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities while acting as a trusted advisor on customers' IT roadmaps.
  • Conduct executive and CxO discussions, manage the sales process, and close opportunities.
  • Manage ongoing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of field sales experience with emphasis on data or cloud-related technology.
  • 5+ years generating new business in enterprise accounts in Romania, Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia.
  • Proven ability to manage, develop, and close new client relationships; experience hitting $1M+ ARR quotas.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Pro-active, independent thinker able to thrive in fast-paced environments; fluent in English.
  • Ability to understand business drivers around IT and executive-level relationship management.

  • Fluent in Romanian.
  • Industry-specific experience.
  • Experience implementing MEDDPICC.
  • Experience selling software or cloud applications to enterprises.
