What you will do
- Lead revenue growth and expand relationships with strategic healthcare and life sciences organizations.
- Sell agentic AI solutions by mapping capabilities to clinical documentation, prior authorization, and drug safety workflows.
- Build trusted partnerships with C-level executives including CIOs, CTOs, and CMIOs.
- Execute multi-threaded account strategies and lead complex deal cycles, including ROI modeling and business case development.
- Partner with Solutions Engineering to design and deploy technically credible pilots and production deployments.
- Act as the voice of the customer to influence the product roadmap and vertical-specific AI solutions.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of enterprise sales experience specifically within healthcare or life sciences.
- Proven track record of closing multi-million dollar deals in highly regulated environments.
- Experience selling AI/ML, data platforms, or workflow automation technologies.
- Deep understanding of healthcare workflows such as clinical operations, R&D, and pharmacovigilance.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements including HIPAA, FDA/GxP, and data privacy.
- Strong executive presence and ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Nice to have
- Experience selling agentic AI or LLM platforms.
- Background working with clinical, regulatory, or data organizations.
- Familiarity with EHR systems, clinical data, or real-world evidence platforms.
- Experience in high-growth or emerging technology environments.
